Worn Within was born from a moment of deep exhaustion a time when I felt burned out, disconnected, and far from myself.

During a transformative journey in India, everything slowed down. I rested, reconnected, and felt truly alive again.

Most of all, I felt inspired. It was there that I met Smit, a yoga teacher whose presence and intention deeply resonated with mine. From our shared vision of authenticity, growth and true reconnection, this retreat was created.
